Window Warehouse, Portsmouth - Promotional Film
Early in 2010 we were asked to visit Window Warehouse to discuss the possibility of enhancing their marketing material and raising their profile nationally and in particular along the South Coast.
Following these discussions, we were tasked with producing a short promotional film for internet delivery to a wide base of existing and potential customers.
The film was designed to give an insight into WW operations and products and to emphasize the company`s status as one of the leading suppliers of bespoke Windows, Doors and Conservatories in the South.
We began by filming the factory process and office functions and then visited some building sites where WW products have been used. We were also asked to provide a range of still photographs of products and locations for ongoing marketing use. In May 2010 we delivered the completed film, along with 350 high resolution still photographs.
After various tweeks and adjustments, Wiindow Warehouse were extremely happy with the results and stated that this was `just what they wanted`.
Ricoh / NRG Conference Films 2005
In 2004 / 2005 we were asked to produce a number of short films for the Ricoh Conference in Newbury.
The Conference was attended by Ricoh Top Level Management, Product / Sales Force and Dealers for a two day period.
The films were designed to be a topic for discussion and to replace Powerpoint Presentations and dissection of statistics.
The first film simply provided an opening for the conference and a prelude of what was to come later in the presentation.
The opening film was played at the very start of the two day conference and One 2 Watch Entertainments provided the film and the audio-visual equipment for the film to be played to the audience of conference delegates.
The film shows clips from the forthcoming program and a welcome message to the conference.
Explore The Potential
The first complete film shown to the conference delegates was Explore The Potential - which looks at the possibilities for maximising business for Ricoh NRG in existing markets with particular reference to the Eductaion and Religious Markets.
To put the film together, we visited end-users and dealers in Holland, East Sussex and also the Christian Resources Exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.
Filming and Sound Recording was carried out by Carl Dearing ( Producer / Director for One 2 Watch Entertainments ) and Presenting was by Tony Harris.
The film investigates why the end-users and indeed the Dealers of Ricoh / NRG should choose to use Digital Print Machines and the proposition that often these machines will compliment an existing array of Photo-Copiers and other equipment.
It quickly became apparent that the Ricoh Machines were essential for bulk production and offered cost-savings and reliability to the users.
Capturing The Volume
The second complete film looks at the concept of maximising sales of the Ricoh NRG Digital Print Machines by recognising the capacity of a client and their need for a reliable source of multiple copies.
We look at three examples of large End-Users, beginning with ING Bank in Belgium, Fujicolor and S-Post in Stockholm Sweden.
ING Belgium is the Headquarters for this international group and they therefore have a massive ammount of communication in print across Europe. Consequently they need a large print facility and the very pinnacle of print technology to deal with the enormous quantities.
Fujicolor and S-Post in Sweden are both using the machines to churn out millions of over-printed envelopes on a daily basis and as such need machines which are capable of dealing with this capacity and it is essential that the printers they use are reliable and robust.
Ricoh / NRG seems to be fulfilling all their needs and it is encumbent on the Ricoh Sales Force to find similar customers with similar needs and to ensure that these are recognised and targeted.
Develop To Grow
The third film in the series looks at Development of Sales Channels and how this can help to grow the business overall.
Initially we visit one of Ricoh NRG`s most successful dealers - Carl Lamm on the outskirts of Stockholm, Sweden.
It is important for the Sales Team at Ricoh to understand how Carl Lamm was initiated as a Dealer for their products and what is the secret of their success in an aggressive market.
Also, we take a more in-depth look at S-Post in Sweden - who are one of Carl Lamm`s major accounts. As an end-user S-Post can give an insight into why they use these particular machines and what are the advantages.
Presenting was carried out by Tony Harris and the voice-over for S-Post was carried out by Amanda Broadbent - One of the Product Managers for Ricoh NRG.
