Carl Dearing - Producer / Director
Carl set up One2Watch Entertainments in 1999, but had been making Corporate Films since as far back as 1994/5.
This began with a series of shoots for Solent Leisure Sports and led to regular engagements with Watermark PLC Event Managers - and specifically for Virgin Atlantic - one of their major clients.
Watermark PLC were at this time, the main event organisers for Virgin and through them, we were contracted to cover the Virgin Party for several years and various other promotional films for Virgin companies - such as Virgin Cola and Virgin Travel.
Apart from Virgin, we also made films for several of Watermark`s other clients such as Kodak and through Solent Leisure Sports we filmed numerous Corporate Training Days for IBM, Hitachi, Kleinwort Benson, Panasonic and many others.
An experienced all -rounder, Carl films, edits and delivers the final product and always strives to make the client happy with the end result.
Whatever the size and scope of the project, Carl has the skills to pull the job together and deliver the required product in a timely fashion and exactly to specification.
Over the past 20 years the company has built up an impressive array of equipment and software to enable us to provide top quality media.

Formerly the head honcho for Class Act Entertainments in the UK, he has now lived and worked in Spain for 7 years and has built several successful businesses in the Valencia territory.

Dale Sumner - Music Composer/ Producer
Dale is a complete master in the production of music scores for film and television.
Since 2000 Dale has been active in solo and collaborative album projects. Many of his tracks for the Buddha Experience project (EMI/Diskey) have been re-released. Able to write in most styles and genres, his special field is scoring silent films.
He has scored over sixty films, documentaries and corporate videos, and in addition to this lectures on the history of film music and the importance of music & sound for the visual medium. Currently he is exclusive composer for Solent University’s commercial film unit, providing original music for all their corporate and documentary productions. More recently he has become involved in writing for the stage, and has just successfully completed a commission for The Nuffield Theatre in Southampton (May 2009).
In 2006 he was one of twelve out of fifteen hundred short listed for the BBC New Talent TV Composer competition.
When composing for the screen Dale is always seeking to tap into the ‘emotional well’ from which the drama (whether fictional or non fictional) draws its strength from, his ambition being to communicate this emotion through music so that the image and music become one. He has a deep interest in the emotional impact that music and visuals have, as well as the ‘language’ of music and how this is interpreted.

Lorna Jacopson - Presenter, Writer, Journalist
Apart from her role as Presenter for One 2 Watch, Lorna is also a professional singer, actress and writer and has worked in the media industry for many years.
From producing Fashion Shows and Staging Theatre Productions to Television Appearances and Event Management, Lorna is a talented all-rounder.
With a `down to earth` attitude and always professional, she can tackle any job successfully and has worked with us on several projects - from Nightclub shoots to Current Affairs.
Damon Newton-Goode - Presenter, DJ
Damon has had a long career in Music and has presented for us several times on varied projects.
An original member of the Clublife Team, Damon is just as relaxed in a Club environment as he is on a Corporate Film or Social Documentary.
He is a complete `natural` when talking to people from all layers of society and can easily work without a script and with little supervision.
During our two-week tour with Ian Van Dahl, recording in Nightclubs across the country, Damon was our rock - always working through to the end of a shoot, dependable and hard working.
As with our older and more experienced presenter - Tony Harris, Damon is adaptable and has an impressive general knowledge. This means that he is never stuck for words and can always ask the right questions.

He has a particular talent for talking to people from all walks of life, from the man in the street, to top celebrities and businessmen and always puts the interviewee at ease.

Richard is a Commercial Photographer with a strong
business background and provides commercial photography for all types of
businesses.
He is a member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers and prides himself on achieving their exacting standards of quality in photography.
Richard has worked with a spectrum of large organisations including NHS Direct, VUE Cinemas, Dove Spa, Targus, several graphic design agencies, city councils, small and medium-sized private businesses, charities and sole traders.
His photographs have featured in The Times, local press and global trade publications. He is an experienced user of Canon equipment and Photoshop CS4.
All original images are supplied on digital media: CD/DVD and are provided in tiff / jpeg formats. Images required for websites are provided at 72dpi and are web optimised.
Photographs required for print are provided at 300dpi. All photographs are fully colour managed. Apart from a varied career in Presenting, Katie is also a Professional Singer and Actor. She was in the last 20 contestants in `Pop Idol` and also got to the finals of `Grease Is The Word` - a competition to find the next Danny and Sandy for the West End Production of Grease.
